Business Leader, Mid-Atlantic (Bluegrass)

This senior commercial leadership role will guide and develop a high-performing field team across a multi-state market spanning Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, and Ohio. You will be responsible for translating national brand strategies into focused local execution while driving strong customer engagement and business performance. The role combines people leadership, coaching, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across Neurology, Rheumatology, and future therapeutic areas. You will work closely with market leadership and teams across clinical, commercial, training, and customer-facing functions to address market needs and unlock opportunities. Success will depend on your ability to develop talent, strengthen execution, and maintain a patient-focused approach in a dynamic specialty healthcare environment.
