Claims Manager, Casualty & Litigation

This is a senior claims leadership opportunity focused on guiding the adjudication of complex Casualty and Litigation claims while maintaining a strong customer-first approach. You will provide technical direction, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to claims professionals responsible for investigating, analyzing, and settling claims. The role combines deep insurance expertise with people leadership, performance management, and strategic process improvement. You will monitor key performance indicators and ensure claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and within appropriate timelines. Strong knowledge of Commercial General Liability and Automobile Bodily Injury will be essential when supporting teams with complex claims decisions. Working as part of a collaborative leadership group, you will also contribute to new approaches and initiatives that strengthen claims practices.
