As a Client Onboarding Consultant, you will manage end-to-end client implementation projects in a remote environment while supporting broader onboarding initiatives. You will take ownership of complex implementation activities and help ensure clients experience efficient, well-coordinated onboarding. The role combines project management, healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, operational improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also contribute to special projects that use automation and AI to streamline workflows and improve scalability. As a subject matter expert, you will share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues on complex onboarding processes.
