As a Client Success Manager, you will oversee high-value customer relationships and lead strategic initiatives that directly influence retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize complex payment experiences while identifying opportunities to expand account value. The role combines consultative account management with technical expertise, requiring you to understand APIs, integrations, data exchange, and payment platform capabilities. You will regularly engage with customers through product demonstrations, presentations, solution design, and strategic discussions. Internally, you will coordinate with engineering, support, sales, and other teams to deliver complex initiatives and resolve technical challenges.
