Clinical Success Manager

As a Clinical Success Manager, you will help radiation oncology clinics improve treatment planning efficiency, clinical workflows, and patient care through innovative automation technologies. You will combine your clinical treatment-planning expertise with customer-facing skills to train, support, and mentor clinics across the EMEA region. The role involves everything from software demonstrations and installations to troubleshooting complex customer challenges and gathering feedback for future product improvements. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians while helping teams adopt more efficient and safer workflows. You will also contribute to webinars, research initiatives, industry events, and educational programs that strengthen the clinical community.
