Construction Project Operations Coordinator

This remote contractor role supports the day-to-day coordination and administration of construction and energy-efficiency projects. You will track projects from active status through scheduling, documentation, state submissions, and final closeout. The position combines project coordination, CRM management, documentation review, task follow-up, and workflow administration. You will work across multiple projects, ensuring information is accurate, required actions are completed, and issues are escalated when needed. Construction or home-services experience is particularly valuable for understanding scopes, contracts, work orders, and project milestones.
