As a Content Operations QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that ocean freight data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. You’ll work with detailed contracts, rate sheets, tariffs, and surcharges, carefully comparing source documents with processed data. Your attention to detail will directly influence the quality of information customers rely on when quoting and managing freight. You’ll collaborate with international vendor partners to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurring errors. The role also offers opportunities to use AI tools to make quality assurance workflows faster and more effective.
