CRM & Operations Analyst

The CRM & Operations Analyst will own the day-to-day health of the CRM and the operational processes that keep a growing sales organization running efficiently. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on maintaining clean, reliable data, strengthening sales workflows, and delivering reporting that leaders can trust. You will administer Zoho CRM, build automations, support pipeline and forecasting activities, and help ensure processes scale as the sales team grows. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to maintain continuity across the customer lifecycle. You will also turn sales data into actionable insights, identifying trends and process gaps and recommending improvements rather than simply reporting metrics.
