You will manage customer success professionals and frontline leaders while driving sales performance and revenue growth.
The position combines client relationship management, team leadership, financial oversight, and strategic program development.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders, to deliver impactful business reviews and performance insights.
Data, forecasting, quota attainment, and market trends will guide decisions that improve operational and commercial outcomes.
You will also coach and develop teams while optimizing staffing, retention, performance, and organizational growth.
