Data & Analytics Engagement Analyst– Commercial Pharma

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data & Analytics Engagement Analyst– Commercial Pharma based in Brazil.

Drive data-informed commercial decision-making across pharmaceutical and biotech environments through actionable analytics and business insights.
This role focuses on translating complex brand, market, HCP, territory, and patient data into clear recommendations.
You will work closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Operations teams to support strategic priorities.
Your analysis will help inform product launches, customer targeting, field planning, and commercial performance management.
You will build dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks that make performance easier to understand and act upon.
Using advanced SQL and commercial data sources, you will uncover trends and opportunities across prescribing, sales, claims, CRM, and specialty pharmacy data.
