This role provides critical operational and administrative support for a growing dedicated driver program serving time-sensitive and essential deliveries.
You will help keep recruiting, onboarding, training, performance administration, and live order monitoring running smoothly across multiple stakeholders.
The position combines coordination, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and process improvement in a fully remote environment.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, training, and regional operations teams to keep candidates and drivers moving through key processes without delays.
Strong attention to detail will be essential as you maintain records, track performance information, monitor shipment milestones, and handle sensitive personnel data.
As the program expands, you will take on greater ownership, support new workflows, mentor other coordinators, and become an escalation point for complex cases.
