The Digital Ad Operations Associate plays a key role in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. Working closely with Client Service Account Managers, you will help ensure campaigns launch accurately, perform effectively, and deliver against client expectations. You will manage the campaign lifecycle from closed-won through renewal, handling creative, trafficking, scheduling, troubleshooting, and reporting-related needs. The role combines technical ad operations expertise with responsive client communication and strong attention to detail. You will work across ad servers, tracking technologies, email advertising systems, and campaign data to resolve issues and maintain smooth delivery. This is a remote opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage high volumes of work with speed and precision.
