Director, Early Talent Programs

The Director of Early Talent Programs will shape the future workforce by developing and leading global strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining emerging talent.
The role will initially focus on early-career initiatives across the United States, Mexico, and Ireland, with opportunities to expand into additional regions.
You will oversee university partnerships, internships, co-ops, and rotational leadership development programs aligned with long-term workforce needs.
Working closely with senior leaders, HR teams, academic institutions, and external partners, you will strengthen talent pipelines and employer brand visibility.
You will also create engaging experiences that support the development, mentorship, and successful conversion of high-potential early-career talent.
This position combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on program leadership, data-driven decision-making, and global stakeholder management.
