As a Director of Customer Data & Strategy, you will lead the strategy that turns customer data into actionable insights and measurable business growth. You will sit at the intersection of data, technology, and executive decision-making, ensuring trusted customer information is accessible across the organization. The role combines enterprise data strategy, governance, consumer insights, analytics, and team leadership. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leaders to embed data into customer acquisition, product launches, and broader business initiatives. You will also champion data democratization through self-service tools, certified datasets, catalogs, and business intelligence solutions.
