Director of Security Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Security Operations based in United States.

This is a hands-on cybersecurity leadership role responsible for strengthening day-to-day security operations across traditional and AI-enabled environments. Reporting to the CISO, you will lead teams and programs spanning monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, identity security, and operational resilience. You will establish priorities, metrics, playbooks, and processes aligned with organizational risk and business needs. The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, incident command, and executive communication. You will also help advance AI-assisted security capabilities while ensuring emerging AI applications, autonomous agents, and non-human identities are effectively monitored and protected. Close partnership with Security Architecture & Engineering will be essential to operationalize and continuously validate security controls.
