Reporting to the COO, this role will bring structure to a complex, multi-entity environment and turn strategic priorities into clear plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. You will connect organizational strategy, operating plans, capital requirements, and portfolio-level priorities while providing leaders with actionable insights. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, requiring strong judgment and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will work closely with senior leaders across organizations to improve decision-making, accountability, and resource allocation.
