Director, Product Strategy & Operations (Product Adoption)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Strategy & Operations (Product Adoption) based in India.

This is a senior strategic leadership role focused on improving how customers discover, adopt, and realize value from a broad SaaS product ecosystem. You will identify adoption gaps across the customer lifecycle and turn behavioral data and customer insights into high-impact product priorities. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, Customer Success, Data, and Operations, giving you broad influence across the organization. You will shape product adoption strategies, establish measurement frameworks, and influence roadmaps through evidence-based recommendations. Success will be measured through stronger activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and customer value. The role offers significant autonomy, executive visibility, and the opportunity to build scalable systems that improve product adoption globally within a remote-first environment.
