As Director, Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and evolving an enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). You will lead teams responsible for project governance, training, documentation, and project management systems while advancing organizational effectiveness. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational improvement in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will partner with business and operational leaders to establish scalable standards, improve processes, and drive successful strategic initiatives. You will also develop high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
