Director –Revenue Marketing

As Director – Revenue Marketing, you will lead the technology, data, automation, and operational foundation powering the entire go-to-market organization. You’ll own the systems and processes that connect marketing and sales, optimize the buyer journey, and enable data-driven revenue decisions. This is a strategic leadership role that goes beyond traditional marketing operations, combining revenue systems, CRM optimization, marketing automation, analytics, and AI adoption. You’ll build scalable frameworks that improve pipeline visibility, campaign performance, sales productivity, and marketing effectiveness. Working across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams, you’ll drive operational transformation and ensure the GTM engine can scale efficiently.
