Director, Surgical Commercial Capabilities

This leadership role is responsible for building the commercial, clinical, and business capabilities that enable performance across a U.S. surgical sales organization. You will shape strategies spanning commercial training, onboarding, product launch readiness, procedural education, sales effectiveness, and broader capability development. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Commercial Excellence, and global capability teams, you will translate business priorities into impactful learning and development solutions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and provides an opportunity to influence seller productivity, customer engagement, and commercial growth. You will lead a team of commercial capability professionals while establishing measurable standards for organizational and individual development. Success will require strong cross-functional influence, operational discipline, and a data-driven approach to measuring capability and business impact. This is a remote U.S. role based in Lafayette, Colorado, with significant travel to support field and commercial initiatives.
