Director, Transition & Integration

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Transition & Integration based in Canada.

This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of complex, large-scale enterprise transitions and transformation initiatives. You will serve as the central point of accountability for integration success, ensuring continuity of services, effective change sequencing, and strong risk management throughout each phase. Working across operations, technology, people, and vendor teams, you will orchestrate multiple workstreams and proactively address dependencies and emerging pressure points. The role requires close partnership with executive and operational leaders to support timely decisions and maintain clear, consistent communication. You will also ensure that major changes are introduced sustainably without compromising service levels, operational performance, safety, or team morale.
