DTC eCommerce Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DTC eCommerce Operations Manager based in Switzerland.

This role offers the opportunity to bring structure and scalability to a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business.
You will take ownership of day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and reliable.
The position spans multiple functions, including supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, customer service, recruiting, and internal operations.
You will build systems, workflows, and documentation that help teams operate with greater clarity and accountability.
Working closely across departments and with executive stakeholders, you will help turn operational challenges into practical solutions.
