EHRM Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a EHRM Project Manager based in United States.

The EHRM Project Manager will support a large-scale Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program focused on improving end-user education, awareness, training, and operational adoption across a federal healthcare environment.
You will lead assigned workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure complex activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The role combines project management, data analysis, Agile delivery, content development, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
You will translate operational and facility-level data into actionable insights while developing dashboards, performance metrics, presentations, and strategic deliverables for leadership.
Working alongside subject matter experts, trainers, project managers, and clinical, informatics, and technical stakeholders, you will help align solutions with program objectives and end-user needs.
You will also contribute to scaled Agile ceremonies, backlog management, dependency tracking, and continuous improvement across multiple functional areas.
