Employee Relations Business Partner

This role provides proactive and consultative employee relations support within a large, integrated healthcare environment.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, guiding them through sensitive workplace matters with fairness, sound judgment, and a strong understanding of employment practices.
The position covers investigations, performance management, discipline, employee relations casework, and workforce actions across management-represented and union-represented employees.
As an embedded People Partner, you will help leaders prevent workplace issues, strengthen people practices, and navigate organizational change effectively.
You will work closely with HR, legal, labor relations, risk, and other people-focused teams to develop consistent, compliant, and employee-centered solutions.
Insights from employee relations cases, workforce trends, and listening activities will also help inform broader strategies, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
