Enterprise Sales Executive - Retail CRE

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive - Retail CRE based in the United States.

This is a senior, quota-carrying enterprise sales role focused on driving new revenue across large retail commercial real estate organizations.
You will leverage established relationships with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), institutional owners, and portfolio operators to create immediate pipeline and accelerate high-value opportunities.
The role is designed for an experienced enterprise hunter who can navigate complex buying groups and convert executive relationships into significant recurring revenue.
You will own sophisticated sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature while building credibility with property operations, leasing, technology, and C-suite stakeholders.
Success will depend on your ability to generate six-figure opportunities, manage enterprise procurement processes, and maintain a strong, accurately forecasted pipeline.
You will work closely with senior leadership to win strategic accounts and expand relationships across large property portfolios.
