Executive Director, Toxicology

This is a senior scientific leadership role responsible for shaping nonclinical safety strategy across discovery and development programs, with a strong focus on small-molecule therapeutics.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across toxicology and safety pharmacology, supporting target selection, lead optimization, and regulatory milestones.
The role combines deep scientific expertise with cross-functional program leadership across toxicology, DMPK, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical development.
You will represent nonclinical safety at governance forums and in interactions with regulatory authorities, senior leadership, partners, and CROs.
A major focus will be building scalable toxicology capabilities and developing a high-performing team as the therapeutic pipeline grows.
You will guide complex safety assessments and integrated data-driven decisions across multiple stages of drug development.
