The Executive Engagement Marketing Manager will lead the operational execution of executive engagement and hospitality programs across the Americas. This role transforms program strategy into high-quality experiences for senior external audiences through strong planning, communication, and cross-functional coordination. You will manage complex programs ranging from executive dinners and hosted experiences to premium hospitality initiatives. The position works closely with Sales and account teams to engage senior decision-makers and equip sellers with effective outreach and follow-up resources. You will also oversee event marketing operations, audience journeys, measurement, and campaign workflows. Success requires strong organization, independent decision-making, and the ability to improve processes in a fast-moving environment.
