• Map, analyze, and document end-to-end Finance, Payroll, and HRIS processes to support global system implementations
• Identify and support the execution of process optimization and automation opportunities across global payroll operations
• Assist in mapping internal controls to financial processes and evaluating key operational risks
• Gather integration requirements, establish data mapping rules, and execute test cases for seamless data migration
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot post-implementation issues, and build training materials and SOPs to institutionalize knowledge

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in finance transformation, payroll operations, or HRIS implementation
• Foundational understanding of statutory payroll regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern enterprise Payroll and HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or SAP
• Proven track record of supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives or global system rollouts in high-growth environments
