Fashion Marketing Account Director

This role owns a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts, serving as a senior strategic partner focused on sustainable growth and measurable business outcomes. You will diagnose the key constraints affecting acquisition, retention, creative performance, and overall brand growth, then turn those insights into actionable strategies. The position requires a strong understanding of fast-moving fashion businesses, seasonal launches, consumer behavior, and multi-channel marketing. You will coordinate paid media, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams around integrated client strategies. Senior client leadership is central to the role, with QBRs connecting marketing decisions directly to commercial performance.
