Field Application Engineer - Distribution

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Application Engineer - Distribution based in Germany.

The Field Application Engineer will play a key role in accelerating growth for advanced Performance Materials solutions across the European market.
You’ll combine technical expertise, business development, and relationship management to help channel partners identify and convert new opportunities.
Working closely with distributors, customers, and internal teams, you’ll influence product adoption and support high-value design-in projects.
The role covers solutions including heat-shrink tubing, liquid silicone sealing technologies, and electromagnetic interference shielding materials.
You’ll translate customer needs and market trends into actionable insights that support product development and go-to-market priorities.
With significant autonomy and extensive travel, you’ll operate across a dynamic, international environment and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Your success will be measured through channel growth, customer reach, pipeline development, indirect revenue, and successful conversion of new opportunities.
