Field Engineering Manager/Assistant Project Manager -- Combined Cycle Power Plant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Engineering Manager/Assistant Project Manager — Combined Cycle Power Plant based in United States.

This role provides on-site engineering and project leadership for a major 1,200-MW combined cycle natural gas power plant currently under construction.
You will act as a key technical and project interface between the Owner, EPC contractor, original equipment manufacturer, and engineering teams.
The position combines field engineering, technical coordination, construction support, document review, and project execution responsibilities.
You will help drive timely resolution of engineering questions, field issues, requests for information, and technical clarifications across multiple disciplines.
Working directly with site leadership and project stakeholders, you will help maintain alignment with design intent, contract requirements, and construction objectives.
The assignment is expected to continue through project completion in 2028, providing significant exposure to complex power generation construction and commissioning activities.
