Field Service Technician - GTA

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Service Technician - GTA based in Canada.

This field-based role supports the commercial roofing and building envelope sector across the Greater Toronto Area. You will combine technical expertise, customer engagement, quality assurance, and product education to help contractors deliver high-quality installations. Working directly with the contracting community and distribution partners, you will provide guidance on commercial roofing products and resolve technical questions from internal and external customers. You will conduct site inspections, prepare detailed reports, and deliver both classroom-based and hands-on training. The position offers significant autonomy and requires strong communication, organization, and practical construction knowledge. With substantial regional travel, you will play a visible role in strengthening product knowledge, installation quality, and customer relationships.
