Founding Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Recruiter based in the United States.

As a Founding Recruiter, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-moving, early-stage technology environment.
You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
The position combines hands-on sourcing, strategic partnership with hiring managers, candidate assessment, and offer closing.
You will work closely with leadership to define hiring needs, establish strong talent pipelines, and maintain a high hiring bar.
The role also offers the opportunity to shape recruiting processes, tools, and practices from the ground up as the organization scales.
