You will work at the intersection of game discovery, product analysis, market research, and AI-powered tools. The role combines creative judgment with data-driven decision-making to understand why games succeed and where new opportunities may exist. You will continuously test hypotheses, compare predictions with real-world results, and improve the frameworks used to evaluate concepts. Your work will directly influence which ideas move forward and how future products are shaped. You will also contribute to the evolution of internal AI tools and processes that make game discovery more efficient and effective.
