Global Controller

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Controller based in United States.

This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for strengthening the financial foundation of a rapidly scaling global technology organization.
You will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and consolidation activities across 14 international entities and multiple jurisdictions.
The role combines operational leadership with strategic influence, ensuring financial data is accurate, compliant, and ready to support executive decision-making.
You will lead a team of approximately 15 finance professionals while driving process improvements, automation, and operational scalability.
A key priority will be transforming manual workflows and accelerating the month-end close through modern financial technology and AI-enabled tools.
You will work closely with executives, board members, investors, banks, and cross-functional teams on high-impact financial matters.
