Global Sales Customer Support Manager

This is a global leadership role responsible for overseeing sales order bookings and consumables quoting across Europe and North America. You will lead a high-volume operational function that directly supports revenue realization, customer satisfaction, and accurate financial execution. The role focuses on maintaining strong turnaround times, quality standards, compliance, and process consistency across global sales operations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Support teams across multiple regions and time zones. A key part of the position is developing people, strengthening accountability, and driving continuous operational improvement.
