Growth Marketing & Paid Media Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing & Paid Media Specialist based in India.

This is a hands-on growth role focused on turning paid traffic into qualified business opportunities.
You will own the full funnel, from Meta campaigns and landing pages through qualification, booking, nurture, and sales conversations.
The role combines paid media, conversion optimization, marketing automation, CRM operations, and performance analytics.
You will work with a clearly defined ICP and offer, giving you the autonomy to execute, test, and continuously improve the growth engine.
Success will be measured by qualified leads, booked calls, conversion efficiency, and downstream business outcomes—not vanity metrics.
You’ll operate in a lean, technology-enabled environment where experimentation, AI, and automation are central to how marketing gets done.
