Head, Global Radiopharmaceutical Diagnostic Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head, Global Radiopharmaceutical Diagnostic Development based in the United States.

This senior leadership role will define and execute the global development strategy for diagnostic and companion imaging radiopharmaceuticals supporting innovative oncology therapies.
You will oversee the full development lifecycle, from candidate selection and CMC strategy through clinical supply, regulatory submissions, approvals, and lifecycle management.
The role has global responsibility across North America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific, requiring close coordination with regional teams and health authorities.
You will work at the intersection of science, manufacturing, clinical development, regulatory affairs, quality, supply chain, and commercial strategy.
A key focus will be ensuring diagnostic imaging agents support patient selection, dosimetry, disease monitoring, and the broader development of radioligand therapy programs.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team while managing external partners, budgets, risks, and complex regulatory requirements.
