This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Healthcare Consulting Actuary – Provider & Value-Based Care (FSA) based in the United States.

This is a remote consulting opportunity focused on helping healthcare providers succeed under value-based payment and risk arrangements.
You will advise health systems, physician groups, and ACO-focused organizations on financial and actuarial questions tied to performance and reimbursement.
The role combines advanced healthcare actuarial modeling with hands-on analysis of claims, enrollment, CMS, and reimbursement data.
You will evaluate contracts, model financial outcomes, support payer negotiations, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
As a project lead, you will manage scopes, budgets, timelines, technical teams, and direct client relationships.
The position offers extensive exposure to senior healthcare stakeholders and opportunities to develop consulting, technical, and business-development capabilities.
