We are seeking an experienced HR professional to help shape sophisticated evaluation tasks for AI systems used in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
The role draws on senior-level expertise across workforce planning, performance management, compensation, compliance, and organizational development.
You will translate real-world HR judgment into realistic scenarios, reference materials, and evaluation frameworks.
Assignments are designed around the scale, complexity, and compliance requirements of major workforce programs.
Experts with strong knowledge of US employment law or international frameworks are encouraged to contribute.
