Human Resource Generalist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Human Resource Generalist based in the United States.

This is a cross-functional HR role supporting a large employee population within a fast-growing healthcare and technology environment.
You will partner closely with employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and workforce changes.
The role combines hands-on HR support with opportunities to contribute to investigations, compensation analysis, safety programs, and organizational development.
You will help managers navigate complex people matters while ensuring HR policies and applicable state and federal regulations are followed.
With responsibility for an employee population of more than 500 people, the position offers meaningful scope and visibility across multiple regions.
You will work with HR, payroll, and management teams to maintain accurate employee records and ensure workforce changes are processed effectively.
