Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst based in Canada.

As an Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst, you’ll help organizations transform complex business requirements into effective, practical software solutions.
You’ll work directly with customers to understand their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and configure systems to support their operational needs.
The role combines business analysis, process mapping, software configuration, data migration, testing, and end-user training.
You’ll play a key role in helping local governments improve efficiency, responsiveness, and service delivery to their communities.
Working closely with project managers, technical teams, and customers, you’ll guide implementations from discovery through deployment and adoption.
This is a customer-facing opportunity for an analytical and accountable professional who enjoys solving problems and translating business needs into technology.
The position is fully remote in Canada, with occasional travel to client sites across Canada and the United States.
