Inside Sales Agent

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll play a direct role in connecting homeowners with qualified in-home consultation opportunities. You’ll manage a high-volume mix of inbound and outbound calls while building rapport and creating positive customer interactions. The role is highly goal-oriented, with clear performance expectations and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions. You’ll follow proven sales scripts while keeping conversations natural, professional, and engaging. Success in this position requires resilience, urgency, and the ability to learn from each interaction and continuously improve.
