Design and develop scalable learning experiences and training programs for frontline healthcare and clinical teams.
As an Instructional Designer on Ro’s Care Delivery team, you will design and develop scalable learning experiences for our frontline patient care teams, including the clinical and operational teams that deliver and support care. You will partner closely with Clinical, Operations, Product, Quality & Safety, and other subject matter experts to translate complex and evolving information into clear, practical learning that equips our teams with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver high-quality care at scale.
You will support learning across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and ongoing development to new clinical programs, product launches, updated guidelines, systems, policies, and workflows. You will determine the right learning approach for each team (both clinical and non-clinical) and deliver scalable training that emphasizes practical application, decision-making, and performance on the job.
You are an experienced instructional designer who is comfortable working with clinical and technical complexity. You identify what learners truly need to know and do and turn that information into effective, engaging learning experiences. You bring strong attention to detail, sound instructional judgment, and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to working in a fast-moving environment.
