IT Infrastructure Lead – Identity, SAP & OT Security

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead – Identity, SAP & OT Security based in the United States.

This role will lead the design and evolution of global identity, SAP security, and operational technology security capabilities across a complex enterprise environment.
You will serve as the global IAM domain owner and architecture lead, shaping identity strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps.
The position combines strategic architecture with hands-on implementation and operational leadership across IT and manufacturing environments.
You will help establish secure, scalable access models while advancing Zero Trust principles and strengthening SAP security controls.
The role also provides an opportunity to influence OT security and secure connectivity between enterprise IT and manufacturing systems.
Success requires close collaboration with infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, application, network, operations, vendors, and business teams worldwide.
