What to expect as the IT Specialist:
As the IT Specialist, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming support requests from staff and executives with exceptional customer service and efficiency. Support will include access
management, troubleshooting software and hardware as well as initial and ongoing training
for all employees of the Bank.
What You’ll Contribute in This Role:
- Respond to tech support requests via email, online video calls or chats, over the phone, or in person.
- Inform users about IT products and services, updates, service interruptions and other IT related communications.
- Provide immediate and high-quality support to high-level executives, including the CEO and President.
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network with professionalism, efficiency and a resolution focused mindset.
- Follow up with users to ensure excellent service. Communicate user feedback to the appropriate internal team members if needed.
- Monitor and patch systems to ensure they are up to date in collaboration with security personnel at Climate First Bank.
- Assist IT Administrators and Engineers in keeping the company systems secure and up to date.

Education and Experience requirements
- Completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree, or serious intentions of pursuing a bachelor’s degree during the tenure of this position
- Experience as an IT technician or in a similar customer support-related role

What to Expect in Your Work Environment:
- Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
- Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.

- Direct Deposit is only available to a Climate First Bank account. Alternative paper checks are available. Employees are encouraged to maintain their household banking relationship with the Bank.

Pay Transparency
The base pay for this role starts at $59,700 and is commensurate based on experience required in the role.
