This role is responsible for turning lifecycle marketing into measurable customer growth and revenue. You will own email and SMS strategy and execution within Klaviyo for an e-commerce consumer products business. The position combines hands-on campaign management, sophisticated customer journey automation, segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization. You will work closely with creative and e-commerce teams to develop compelling messaging, offers, and promotional strategies. Data will be central to your approach, from A/B testing and engagement analysis to conversion, revenue, and retention measurement.
