KYC & Compliance Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a KYC & Compliance Officer based in Netherlands.

You will take ownership of KYC and KYB due diligence across counterparties, helping ensure robust regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
The role combines regulatory expertise, investigative work, process improvement, and collaboration with payment providers, banks, and external business partners.
You will play a key role in onboarding financial and commercial partners while ensuring documentation and verification standards are consistently met.
Your work will contribute to strengthening AML controls, improving compliance processes, and identifying potential risks before they impact the business.
You will also help optimize screening tools and monitoring practices in an environment that values expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement.
