Lead Business Systems Engineer

This role is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity within Revenue Operations, focused on building and scaling the systems that power the full lead-to-order lifecycle. You will design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions and integrations across marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and billing platforms. The position combines application engineering, architecture fluency, technical debt remediation, security, and cross-functional problem-solving. You will take ownership of complex production challenges and turn business requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions. The role also offers the opportunity to introduce practical AI capabilities into go-to-market workflows, including intelligent assistants and automation.
