Lead Technical Product Manager (CDC)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager (CDC) based in the United States.

The Lead Technical Product Manager will lead the modernization and adoption of a critical public health technology platform serving jurisdictions across the United States.
You will own the product and service strategy for migrating at least three public health jurisdictions each year from a legacy system to a modernized cloud-based platform.
This role combines technical product management, stakeholder leadership, change management, and cross-functional delivery in a mission-driven environment.
You will work closely with public health stakeholders to understand migration needs, establish readiness, prioritize initiatives, and build trusted relationships throughout the transition.
The position requires fluency across product, engineering, infrastructure, design, and DevSecOps to guide teams through complex modernization efforts.
You will coordinate multiple delivery teams while using feedback and migration insights to continuously improve the platform roadmap and adoption experience.
